The purpose of processing your personal information is to ensure good communication with you and to keep you informed about news, features, and product options.
The legal basis for processing your personal information is the entered contract, order, other agreement form, legislation, or consent.
The category of personal information we store for customers includes basic contact information such as name, email address, and phone number. For employees, we also have confidential personal information such as home address and CPR number for use in our payroll system.
We disclose or transfer your (employees') personal information to external recipients such as Tax, Municipality, ATP, Pension, Insurance, Holiday Account, Maternity Leave, and other sub-processors.
Some of our sub-processors are located outside the EU/EEA - for example, in the USA, and the US data processors are on the EU Commission-approved EU-US Privacy Shield list.
Under the data protection regulation, you have a number of rights regarding our processing of your personal information. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us.
You have the right to access and rectify, which means you can view all your entered data on our platform at any time and correct/update the information.
You have the right to erasure, which means you always have access to delete information. We delete all information after the end of the project/employment relationship, unless we consider it necessary to retain them for a longer period for accounting or legal reasons. The information is deleted at the latest when any proprietary claims are time-barred.
You have the right to object, which means you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal information in certain cases.
