
CARE SEGMENT MANAGER
A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
We specialize in health-promoting lighting solutions for the healthcare sector and have developed and documented the effects of light on patients, citizens, and healthcare professionals over the past years. Our solutions are used throughout the Nordic region, with Sweden being a central market where we aim to develop the care segment. Therefore, we are currently seeking an ambitious CARE Segment Manager in Sweden, reporting to our Sales Director.
As the CARE Segment Manager in Sweden, your primary responsibility will be to handle sales and market development for stakeholders and decision-makers within individual nursing homes, municipal welfare technology/operations departments, and private nursing home actors. In addition, you will have other areas of responsibility:
- Engagement with consulting engineers in electrical and lighting roles.
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders/decision-makers.
- Project management for selected small projects.
- Providing support in the design phase for large projects and new construction.
- Maintaining contact with existing and future installations.
- Participation in relevant exhibitions.
- Coordinating sales material needs with the Back Office Manager.
TASKS
- Sales of renovation and new construction for nursing homes, municipalities, contractors, and electrical installers. Focus on achieving sales targets for the CARE segment in Sweden.
- Engagement with key stakeholders and sales for retrofit and new construction projects.
- Active cultivation of large retrofit projects and new construction (in collaboration with the Sales Director).
- Weekly updates of the Pipeline and CRM for all projects and contacts.
- Quarterly action plans with monthly review sessions alongside the sales director.
- Continuous engagement on LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Ongoing collaboration with the development department through the sales director.
TARGETS
- Quarterly market cultivation of the largest and leading municipalities in the care sector.
- Maintenance of existing installations with a focus on user satisfaction projects.
- Networking and lead generation through collaborative partners and suppliers of capital goods for the care industry.
SUCCESS CRITIRIA
CARE: Ensure revenue according to the agreed budget. The budget is roughly formulated at the end of the year and determined in collaboration with the sales director annually.
Secure an increased pipeline for CARE/Service from 2024 to 2028. Goals are set in collaboration with the sales director on a yearly basis.
MEETINGS & COORDINATION
As part of the CARE Segment Manager role, it is expected that you will participate in a series of meetings and take responsibility for coordinating meetings and activities.
Coordination responsibilities (Meeting scheduling/minutes):
Weekly (phone) meeting on Fridays or Mondays with the Sales Director to review past and upcoming week's activities. Monthly meeting to review upcoming 1-3 months' activities.
Ensure CRM/pipeline projects in HubSpot are updated - need for inventory ordering.
Participation in Coordination Meetings:
At Chromaviso, we hold sales meetings 2-3 times a year in Aarhus and/or on TEAMS. Additionally, we have sales prioritization meetings with Operations 1-2 times monthly on TEAMS.
As part of your introduction and training, it is expected that you will spend 1-2 stays in Aarhus at our headquarters.
Furthermore, we have company meetings in Chromaviso, which are held on TEAMS, and Kick-off in January and August at our headquarters in Aarhus.
YOUR TEAM
You will become a part of our Team Sweden, where you will have colleagues in Sweden who specialize in the hospital sector and presales for consulting engineers. In addition, Team Sweden is part of our overall sales and marketing department, which includes sales in Denmark and Norway, as well as marketing colleagues located at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
At the same time, you will also have a close collaboration with the rest of Chromaviso, including our Operations team, who handle all of our customer projects.
WHO YOU ARE
We are searching for an individual with experience in sales within complex buying processes in the municipal care sector (B2G). You must be proactive and have a strong drive for proactive sales, growth, and building pipelines and the market in general.
You should thrive in speaking with many individuals and naturally engage in social relationships. You are a "Hunter" and seek dialogue.
Additionally, it is a requirement that you reside in Sweden and speak fluent Swedish. You should also anticipate +80 travel days per year.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Experience with complex procurement processes, preferably in a B2G context.
- Experience in the CARE segment and with health technology is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Reliability and the ability to deliver on commitments in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- You are familiar with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- You have experience working with digital portals such as CRM, calculations, etc. At Chromaviso, we use Hubspot as our primary sales tool, among others.
