INTERN
ABOUT THE POSITION
At Chromaviso, we are constantly seeking software interns for our R&D department. You will become part of a dynamic software team, where we work across different areas of expertise, and where we are all passionate about what we do and making a difference with our solutions.
As our new software intern, your focus will be on our technical team (software and hardware). Depending on your interests, you will have the opportunity to work on our lighting and control solutions or the development of our web-based digitalization projects.
We envision that you will spend most of your time with us supporting UX, software, and hardware colleagues through user-centered software development.
TASKS
- Active participation in building, implementing, and system architecture.
- Designing, coding, and debugging applications in various programming languages.
- Notable examples include Laravel (PHP), VueJS (JavaScript), NodeJs, MySQL, and LuaScripts.
- Contributing to the development and support of new and ongoing sales projects.
- Participating in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality solutions and products
- Documenting and maintaining the codebase
- Reviewing customer requirements to gain an understanding of applications and systems
- Executing, planning, and documenting tests
YOUR TEAM
You will join our interdisciplinary R&D team at Chromaviso, where we bring together expertise in UX, software, and hardware. Together, we work towards creating user-friendly and health-promoting products. You will have a designated spot at our office on Finlandsgade 25, 8200 Aarhus N, where you can check in and become an integral part of the team. From day one, you will have the opportunity to influence our products and deliveries.
As an intern at Chromaviso, you will have a mentor focused on making your internship rewarding and exciting. You will gain deep insights into Chromaviso and how we use user-centered research as the basis for developing future products.
WHO ARE YOU
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Experience with full-cycle app development
- Practical experience in identifying, isolating, and communicating bugs
- Practical experience in one or more programming languages (such as JavaScript, CSS, PHP, Lua, C, C++, or similar)
- Reliability and the ability to deliver on your commitments in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Strong collaboration skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
