PROJECT AND SERVICE TECHNICIAN
ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you interested in being a part of spreading the future of advanced lighting in hospitals and the healthcare sector? Do you have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, or are you already a service technician in the construction, hospital, or healthcare sector, and would you like to work on the implementation and completion of new projects, including retrofitting and new lighting systems?
We are currently seeking a technical colleague in Sweden to join our unique and strong team of Danish engineers and technicians. With reference to our CTO, you will become a valuable member of our Operations team in Scandinavia.
TASKS
- Participating as a technician in the pre-sales, commissioning, and after-sales phases of both small and large projects.
- Providing maintenance and service for lighting systems in case of malfunction or through service agreements.
- Coordinating service and commissioning visits with customers and integration partners.
- Initiates service tasks and documents the completed work for the organization.
- Actively participates in the ongoing development of service and commissioning processes.
YOUR TEAM
You will become part of our Team Sweden, where you will have colleagues in Sweden who work in sales and customer relations. In addition, you will be part of our Operations team in Denmark, which consists of both technicians and software engineers, giving you colleagues from whom you can gain knowledge and support in cases where you need additional expertise.
At the same time, you will also have close collaboration with the rest of Chromaviso, including our sales and marketing department.
WHO YOU ARE
You are preferably educated as an electrician, data technician, low-voltage technician, or electrical engineer, but you can also come from another background as long as you are familiar with electricity and mechanics and have good hands-on skills.
Furthermore, you preferably have experience with public clients and preferably within the healthcare sector such as hospitals, nursing homes, and the like.
It is a requirement that you live in Sweden and speak fluent Swedish. You will be working remotely and have Sweden as your area of operation with potential expansion to Norway and Zealand, Denmark. You should expect more than 80 days of travel per year.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Understanding and experience in industrial or building automation, as well as building technical communication protocols such as KNX, DALI, DMX, etc., and preferably familiarity with BMS.
- You are accustomed to working independently and are proactive, curious, and persistent.
- You are organized, quality-conscious, and persistent.
- Curious and open to dialogue when it comes to solving service tasks, so that the entire team's knowledge is utilized in your work and the solutions are consistent across multiple installations.
- Self-motivated, independent, and simultaneously part of a strong team consisting of colleagues in remote locations.
- Experienced in reporting to the back-office (Operations) at an experienced level. Contribute to input and follow-up.
- Proficient PC user, utilizing Office and online project management software, as well as solution-specific software for lighting control, operation, and building automation.
- Programming knowledge is a valuable asset.
