With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Klaus Møller knows how important it is that solutions in elderly care work in practice. That is why he has chosen to partner with Chromaviso through his company NovaCareTech.
As a new partner, NovaCareTech will represent Chromaviso's clinical documented circadian lighting in nursing homes in nine Danish municipalities: Middelfart, Assens, Esbjerg, Fanø, Randers, Viborg, Billund, Mariagerfjord and Holstebro.
Experience from the healthcare sector
Klaus Møller is a trained physiotherapist and has worked closely with the healthcare sector for 30 years, 5 years as a physiotherapist and otherwise in sales and as a solution provider to the sector.
This experience has given him a clear understanding of the challenges facing elderly care in particular today.
- "The healthcare system is under pressure, and municipalities are faced with major tasks in elderly care. That's why we need solutions that actually make a difference in everyday life, not in five years, but now," says Klaus Møller.
Light that supports the circadian rhythm
Klaus Møller sees potential in Chromaviso's circadian lighting.
Chromaviso circadian light is the only clinically proven circadian light. It varies brightness and color temperature throughout the day to support the body's natural circadian rhythm. For people with dementia, it can contribute to better sleep, less agitation and a more stable circadian rhythm.
At the same time, it also has a positive effect on employees' working environment, well-being and efficiency.
Documented effect
It is precisely the combination of documented effect and a strong business case that made Klaus Møller choose Chromaviso.
"Evidence-based circadian lighting is one of those solutions. The technology is ready. The business case is documented. And the experiences from the municipalities that have already taken the leap show the same: It works."
- Klaus Møller, owner of NovaCareTech
Focus on dialog with nursing homes
In the coming months, Klaus Møller will be visiting nursing homes in the nine municipalities to talk to managers and employees about the possibilities of implementing circadian lighting.
For him, it's not just about technology, but about creating a better environment for both citizens and employees.
- "I look forward to the dialog with the nursing homes. And especially the moment when an employee says: "This has actually made a difference."
