Lemvig Municipality Using Innovative Treatment for Dementia Patients

In an effort to enhance the daily lives of individuals with dementia, Lemvig Municipality is initiating a trial project with circadian lighting at the Hybenhaven residential unit in Klinkby.

This innovative approach involves controlling indoor lighting to mimic natural daylight. Previous research conducted in other facilities has shown improved well-being, better sleep, and enhanced working conditions for both residents and staff. This is the first time circadian lighting is being tested in Lemvig Municipality, and both politicians and staff have high hopes for the trial in Klinkby.

The solution is Chromavisos Ergonomic Circadian Lighting.
