NEW ONLINE STORE IS LIVE
Clinically Proven Circadian Lighting Is Now Available to Consumers Online
For the first time, consumers can now purchase Chromaviso’s acclaimed circadian lighting directly for their homes. With the launch of a new online store, the company is making a technology—previously reserved for care and treatment settings—available to everyone.
We think about what we eat. How much we move. And how much we sleep. But the light we surround ourselves with in our daily lives rarely gets the same attention, even though it plays a crucial role in how we feel.
Light controls your internal clock
Light is, in fact, the body’s most important timekeeper. It tells our internal biological clock when it’s day and when it’s night. Too little of the right kind of light during the day can make us tired and sluggish, while too much light in the evening can make it hard to fall asleep and get a good night’s rest.
From hospital corridors to proven results
For more than 20 years, Chromaviso has been developing and supplying health-promoting light to over 3,000 hospitals and nursing homes in Scandinavia, where the right light at the right time is used as part of the treatment of patients and residents. The effects have been documented in Danish clinical studies, which show positive results for, among other things, sleep, mental health, and general well-being.
Chroma Connect: Plug-and-play circadian lighting
Now the company is expanding into private homes with the launch of Chroma Connect, a plug-and-play series that automatically adjusts the light to the circadian rhythm. During the day, the lamp provides a bright and energizing light, while it gradually shifts to a warm and soothing light as evening approaches. No installation is required; simply plug the lamp into an outlet or connect it to a power source, and it’s ready to use right away.
"Our goal has always been to make circadian lighting accessible to as many people as possible—because it’s something we should all have access to. With the online store, we’re taking an important step in that direction, so that private consumers can now also get their hands on the same lighting technology that has made a difference in professional treatment settings,” says Sten Søgaard, CEO of Chromaviso.
Available to Everyone—Starting Today
With the new online store, private consumers can now access the same proven lighting technology that has supported the circadian rhythms of patients and residents in many professional care settings—now adapted for everyday life at home.
