Aarhus, Denmark – December 17, 2024 - Chromaviso, pioneer in health-promoting lighting, is set to continue its operations following a short bankruptcy period. The assets and activities of the former Chromaviso A/S have been transferred to a new company, established to safeguard the company's value-creating solutions and secure jobs.
"The company, which has existed since 2006, has designed, developed, and implemented health-promoting lighting for the healthcare sector, contributing to improve health, treatment quality, and efficiency within the industry. I am very pleased that we were able to find a solution that allows the value-generating activities and several employment relationships to continue.” says Anders Borring, owner of the newly established company.
Moving forward, the company will strengthen the development of its core solutions, Chroma Zona® and Chroma Zenit®, while expanding their applications into new segments.
The existing agreements have been taken over by the new company.
A Solution Focused on Values and Jobs
Curator, attorney Jens Højmark from HjulmandKaptain, comments:
"There was significant interest in the company's activities, and this agreement provided the greatest value to creditors and secured parties, while preserving nine jobs."
With this transfer, the foundation is set for Chromaviso to continue its work delivering health-promoting lighting solutions that have already improved work environments at over 3,000 hospitals and institutions across the Nordics.
