ABOUT THE POSITION

Are you passionate about the intersection of marketing, communication, and sales? Interested in joining a cutting-edge MedTech company? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated student assistant to support our growth and brand awareness by assisting with event coordination, supporting our sales department, and contributing to the development of content for materials, web, and social media. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring data quality in our CRM system, HubSpot. You will have an exciting and challenging position with plenty of opportunities to shape it in the direction you desire.

PRIMARY TASKS

  • Coordinating all aspects of trade shows, events, and webinars, including logistics, registrations, and follow-ups with a special focus on Sweden.
  • Responsible for ensuring our materials are always up-to-date.
  • Supporting sales efforts primarily in Sweden - including presales activities, such as initial contact with potential projects.
  • Ordering marketing materials such as brochures and merchandise
  • Maintaining data and communication activities in HubSpot, ensuring that data is updated and accurate.
  • Contributing to fresh content on our website and across our social media platforms
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive communication strategy.

YOUR TEAM

You will join our marketing and sales team, operating in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will also have direct coordination with the Sales Director. Your designated workspace will be at Finlandsgade 25, 8200 Aarhus N, where the marketing team is based. From day one, you will be an integral part of the team, influencing our activities.

In addition to marketing and sales, you will also liaise with our Project and Development department, responsible for product and solution development, as well as all projects.

As a student assistant at Chromaviso, you will have the freedom to structure your work to suit your schedule and contribute to shaping our marketing and sales activities – your insights, ideas, and suggestions will positively impact our operations and strategy.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO

  • Are outgoing, quick to immerse yourself in new tasks, and not afraid to pick up the phone?
  • Thrives in a varied workday, where things can move quickly and there are many tasks at hand.
  • Possesses strong communication and writing skills in both Danish and Swedish.
  • Is proactive, self-driven, organized, and has a keen eye for detail.
  • Has experience with or a keen interest in working with social media and CRM systems, specifically LinkedIn and HubSpot.
  • Has a technical flair and can easily grasp new systems and technologies.
  • Has a passion for the tech industry and is eager to learn more about lighting and its significance for people.
  • Is currently pursuing a higher education degree, your expertise can come from various sources – for us, it is crucial that you have the passion and courage to explore opportunities in an innovative growth company.
